 Industry Reports

An industry report is a full description of a particular industry, containing a depth of information, facts, and statistics. Industry reports can be private and just distributed among industry insiders or paid subscribers or public and accessible to everyone. By studying the report, you can understand how an industry operates, determine the top players in the industry, understand challenges faced in the industry, recognize areas of growth and decline, and more.

Industry Reports

To find reports on particular industries in IBISWorld:

  • go to the Library page
  • click on "Databases" under the basic search box"". It will open the A-Z Databases list
  • click on "I", and scroll down to "IBISWorld"
  • type the name or code of the industry in the search box, and then hit "Search"
  • if you click on the arrow next to the industry name on top of the report page, you have the options to download the report to the format you would like 

Note: You can also navigate through the report using the navigation bar on the left side of the page.

To find reports on particular industries in Statista:

  • go to the Library page
  • click on "Databases" under the basic search box". It will open the A-Z Databases list
  • click on "S", and scroll down to "Statista"
  • hover over "Reports" on top of the homepage, and then select "Industry Reports"

Note: In this database, you can find data/statistics in the formats of graphs and tables on industries worldwide, including market overviews, revenues, number of employees, as well as the latest information about the state of the industries, trends, and forecasts.
