Resources & Services for Online Learners
If you are off campus, Velma K. Waters Library can support a lot of your research needs remotely. The purpose of this guide is to introduce the resources and services available to remote users.
Connect with a Librarian:
Contact a Librarian for research help. They are ready to answer your questions and help connect you with resources. Librarians are available for individual and group consultations by phone, email, chat, text, and video conferencing. Librarians do not need to be onsite to provide research services.
Please go to our Meet Your Team of Research & Instruction Librarians page to find your subject specialist. Or, fill out our Ask a Librarian form and a Librarian will contact you.
Get Technical Help:
Waters Library provides access to millions of online resources. If you have any issues accessing an online article, journal, or book, please fill out our Troubleshooting form and a librarian will contact you.
When researching while off campus, many of our online resources need to be accessed through the EZProxy server. If you are using Waters Library OneSearch, logging into online resources will be seamless using your SSO login credentials. If are browsing online, please see our Research Guide on Off Campus Access to learn more about using the Bookmarklet or Link Builder if you hit a paywall.
