About Collection Management
Waters Library collections support East Texas A&M’s teaching and research programs. Maintaining high-quality collections in an environment of constrained budgets requires an active management strategy that occasionally results in cancellations or access restrictions. Resources are evaluated on the basis of usage, curricular need, overlap of resources, and feedback from librarians and faculty.
