TFA is a highly effective, non-partisan statewide arts advocacy organization that organizes advocacy efforts in order to protect and increase public and private funding for the arts at the state, national and local levels and provides coordinated information about legislative activity related to arts issues and promote policies that support the arts.

The mission of the TCA is to advance our state economically and culturally by investing in a creative Texas. The commission provides access to information on grants, services, funds, fundraising, marketing, and other activities that directly support the arts.

The purpose of TAEA is to promote quality visual arts education as an integral part of the school curriculum, represent and advocate for educators, provide service and leadership opportunities, conduct research and development of policies, and provide other activities of support.
